Eating

Eating has become quite the ordeal these days!! We have started trying foods that have meat. She now wants to look at what she's going to eat before she trys it. Then she takes just a tiny bite at first...I guess deciding if she wants to continue or not. She tries to grab the spoon and the bowl now, so Jason and I made a silly decision one morning......"Let's let her play with it!" Boy, what did we start??? Now she wants to play with the utensils every feeding. So we have adopted some measuring spoons as her new toys during meal time! We have tried mashed potatoes at Mamaw's house. She LOVED them! She wanted more, More, MORE! (No...they were not Jason's loaded kamakazi potatoes, just plain mashed) And while staying with Nana she learned about pots! Oh dear!!! Where's my tiny, quiet newborn??????
