Addie is Here!!!!!

Adalynn Reese is finally here! She was born August 20th at 3:00 a.m. She weighed 7 pounds and 3 ounces and was 19 inches long! Labor was faster this time...thankfully, a little less than 12 hours! But A LOT MORE INTENSE! My epidural ran out towards the end on my left side so I could feel everything! Needless to say, I had a "minor"(ok MAJOR) breakdown before pushing began. Those poor nurses! Oh dear! Thanks millions to my mom, sister, and rock of a husband!! Couldn't have done it without you guys! I love you all so much! More than you will ever know! But...about 9 pushes and here she was! Another sweet baby girl!

Who knew you could love another just as much as the first! My girls are my life and I can't believe I am saying GIRLS!! Adjusting to life with a newborn and almost 3 year old has been interesting along with trying to heal. I can't pick Kmae up yet or do very many physical things. So I feel like I'm not giving her what she needs, but Jason has been extremely helpful in taking her outside or to run errands with him. Just giving her that extra attention that I can't give her right now. We cuddle a lot though. I'm just ready to get back to my old self and really get into a normal routine than what we're in right now.

Thanks so much to Nana and Memaw for ALL your support and help!!! We couldn't do it without you guys! We love you for being OUR mommies while we're trying to be mommies(and daddies) to our babies!

Chuck E Cheese Visit

We went to Chuck E Cheese a few weeks ago. Kmae loved playing the games and running around checking everything out. We had planned on staying for a "show" and some pizza, but it's not like it was when we were little. I miss Showbiz with Billy Bob!! There wasn't even curtains covering that silly mouse! No show or music or nothing! Jason and I were very disappointed to not relive our childhood days. We ended up using our tokens and leaving with a tootsie roll and 2 rings. Woo-Hoo! :) We got in the car and Kmae says, "Watch the show?" Oops!
